Product Description:
K4000 (M1182), K4007 (M1156) Diaphragm for Goyen pulse valve CA40MM, RCA40MM; NBR material is standard, working temperature range is -5 to +80 ℃; VITON material is optional, for high temperature, working temperature range is -10 to +120 ℃. Pulse jet valves are indirect operated solenoid valves especially designed for dust collector systems. When the solenoid is energized, trapped air above a diaphragm is quickly exhausted causing a high pressure difference across the diaphragm. Thereby the diaphragm is suddenly opened.
Applications:
Industrial Dust Removal System
Bag/filter cartridge dust collector pulse cleaning: This system is used for applications such as cement plant kiln tail dust removal and steel plant blast furnace dust removal. Each valve controls 20-50 filter bags, and the membrane operates at high frequency (≥ 1 time/minute).
High temperature/corrosive gas treatment: Designed for treating waste incineration flue gas with FKM film resistant to high temperature of 200 ℃. It is also suitable for handling acidic and alkaline waste gas from chemical plants using EPDM membrane resistant to pH 3-11 corrosion.
Special medium environment: This system is ideal for environments like the food and pharmaceutical industry with EPDM food grade film for anti-pollution capabilities. It also works well in oil containing compressed air systems with NBR diaphragm that is oil resistant to guarantee sealing.
Strict physical conditions: The system can handle high-pressure impact scenarios with a CA62T/CA76T double diaphragm structure pressure of 0.85MPa. It is also suitable for high humidity environments like cement raw material grinding with dust removal and anti-condensation features.
